In some applications, like fitting music box mechanisms into dolls, teddies and cushions etc. It can be necessary to mount the movement inside of a sealed plastic container, so that any stuffing or material cannot be caught in the mechanism. Here we offer a plastic box suitable for the small MM1A 18 note musical movements. Please note that the base of the MM4 movements are too big to fit the plastic casing.
The movement is screwed to the bottom plate and then the top cover 'snaps' together over the musical movement to seal it (it is quite simple to remove the movement from this cover if required).
