Replacement grooved roller to suit 21 keyless and keyed organs.
This plastic grooved roller is 25mm diameter and is a direct replacement for all 21 Dean Organs using 25mm diameter grooved rollers.

(Generally this will be Dean Organs built pre1987. Please check the diameter required before ordering.)

This Dean pattern keyframe grooved roller can be used in the manufacture of new keyframes or to replace broken, damaged or worn grooved rollers on Dean Organs or mechanical fair or street organ fitted with a 25mm diameter grooved roller with a centre shaft of ½” (12.7mm) diameter.

Please note all our organs are hand finished therefore we recommend that you have a suitable qualified organ builder fit any replacement roller, as the roller will require some adjustment normally in shaft size to fit them correctly.
